Who is this programme for?
This course is suitable for people over 18, international candidates including gap year students, recent graduates and career changers who want to gain TESL certification and teaching practice in India and beyond.
Do I need prior teaching experience?
No. The course is designed for beginners and no previous teaching experience is required
Is the online pre-course mandatory?
Yes. Completion of the 12‑hour pre‑course is required and provides essential background prior to the in‑person training.
What is included in the programme fee?
The fee includes LTTC certification, accommodation and meals, airport pickup, teaching practice placement, course materials and cultural excursions.
What additional costs should I expect?
International flights, visa fees, personal spending, travel insurance and optional homestay, Residential beach excursion to Goa add‑on.
What visa do I need to travel to India?
A tourist e‑visa (e‑Tourist) is sufficient as the programme does not involve employment.
What English level is required?
A minimum B2 (upper‑intermediate) level of English is recommended.
How many trainees are in each cohort?
Each cohort is limited to 8 trainees to allow for personalised feedback.
Is there a certificate for the teaching practice?
Yes. A TP (Teaching Practice) Certificate is issued in addition to the TESOL/TEFL certificate through London Teacher Training College.
What does a typical day look like?
Training sessions run from 09:00–15:30, combining lectures, workshops, micro‑teaching and observations. Evenings are free for preparation or cultural exploration. Saturdays are reserved for cultural excursions.
